Need a classification banner for Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Issue

• We are using a third-party script to provide security banners on our RHEL7 systems. This script no longer works in RHEL8.
• Trying to figure out how to create a classification banner using a new toolbar.
• I need to have a security banner that is visible at the top on the screen after logging into my server.
