Unable to start Kafka Brokers

Issue

• one zookeeper running its own Red Hat Linux server. Three brokers are running on three separate Red Hat Linux serves.
• I have started the zookeeper and its running. when i started brokers, server.log shows error.
• In zookeeper logs observed

• In Kafka broker logs observed
