Red Hat Network Satellite API call 'ListActiveSystems' fails with 'Temporarily Unavailable'

Issue

  • When calling the Red Hat Network Satellite API method ListActiveSystems() or accessing the webui the error below is shown:

       503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

  • The 503 can also occur with system.listSystemEvents API call

Environment

  • Red Hat Network Satellite 5.4.1
  • Red Hat Network Satellite 5.5.0
