Deleting load balancers related to a deleted flavor fails

Issue

  • A load balancer can not be deleted using the openstack command line interface, when the flavor used to create the load balancer is already deleted:

    (overcloud) [stack@osp16-undercloud ~]$ openstack loadbalancer delete testlb1
No row was found for one() (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-2213ea69-e835-4c9f-bede-9602a2edb4dc)
(overcloud) [stack@osp16-undercloud ~]$
