VM imported from OVA gets thin provisioned disk despite of allocation policy set as 'preallocated'

Issue

• VM has been created with RAW Preallocated disk with No snapshots. Exported it as OVA from the RHV manager. When importing the same OVA back and set the allocation type as 'preallocated', the disk type set as 'thin provisioned', should have been RAW/Preallocated as the original image format.
