Unable to run simultaneous GUI sessions over VNC and local console
Issue
- Unable to start the VNC service for a user when they have a GUI session running on the system console..
- When a user has a VNC service running, they can't log in to system console GNOME.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.3 or later
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0
- Tigervnc-server
