[BUG] Migration failing due to failure of readiness and liveness probes of migration registry pods

Issue

• When staging phase gets to image migration step, the registry pods in source and destination cluster gets into crashloopbackoff state and the following is captured in the project events:

Readiness probe failed: Get http://x.x.x.x:5000/v2/_catalog?n=5: net/http: request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
