[RHEV] Host becomes Non-Operational with error "Cannot find master domain".
Issue
- A host goes into Non-Operational status when trying to bring it online, with the following error:
ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.vdsbroker.VDSCommandBase] (QuartzScheduler_Worker-12) Command ConnectStoragePoolVDS execution failed. Exception: IRSNoMasterDomainException: IRSGenericException: IRSErrorException: IRSNoMasterDomainException: Cannot find master domain: 'spUUID=be059128-ca43-4b11-aab1-7778582d7bbb, msdUUID=60dfee0d-18da-4fd5-8260-66f6245eeab1'
