Unable to introspect new baremetal nodes

Issue

  • While introspecting the baremetal node, it gives the following error

    Status:FAILED. Errors:The PXE filter driver DnsmasqFilter, state=uninitialized: my fsm encountered an exception: Can not transition from state 'uninitialized' on event 'sync' (no defined transition)

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 17.1 (RHOSP)
  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 (RHOSP)
  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.1 (RHOSP)
