Can the Translator properties be changed in JBEDS?

Issue

I have used the sqlserver translator for one of my data source. I see that there is a property called supportfullouterjoin and that is set to false. I am trying to change it to true through admin console, but it wont let me edit it.
Do we not have permissions to edit the properties of translators provided by JBEDS?
