SSH key generated on RHEL 8 does not work on RHEL 6
Issue
- I have generated ssh keys on RHEL8, then copied the private key to RHEL6.
- Using the copied key, when I try to ssh from RHEL6 to RHEL 8, it prompts a passphrase although I have not set a passphrase when generating the key.
- This same method works for RHEL 7.
Environment
- RHEL 8.3
- RHEL 6.10
