Why do I get error message "error: unpacking of archive failed on file <filename>;XXXX cpio: open" when installing or updating a package?
Issue
- The following error is received when issuing a
yum installoryum updateon a certain package:

error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/bin/telnet;5006e078: cpio: open
