How to setup a customized flavor which support HMAT?

Issue

  • Libvirt QE team need make testing about HMAT (Heterogeneous Memory Attribute Table ) in OpenStack. They hope to have a customized flavor for this but we couldn't find any document guide how to setup it in Openstack. Could you help checking ?
