tuned's throughput-performance policy does not support bonding
Issue
Installed tuned and used tuned-adm to set the policy to throughput-performance per the documentation.
Then there was a crash as below.
net.py:56:_device_type:OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument: '/sys/class/net/bonding_masters'
