NFS Protocol not supported in OCP

Issue

  • OCP nodes are not able to mount NFS persistent volumes.

  • After adding a new node it's having troubles with NFS persistent volumes.

  • The following error appears on the node journalctl logs:

    atomic-openshift-node[11357]: mount.nfs: Protocol not supported
    
  • When trying to mount the NFS mount using mount, it returns a denied error:

    mount.nfs: access denied by server while mounting X.Y.Z.W:/Path/To/Storage
