Do we still get support if packages gets installed via dnf -nobest?

Issue

• Currently our IT department uses the versionlock mechanism to freeze to a certain state of packages.
• dnf versionlock
• If we need to add a package in the future in combination with the versionlock file we need to add --nobest option to dnf to get the extra package installed.
• Is this supported by Red Hat?
