Broadcom BCM57414 NIC link not coming up
Issue
- When a BCM57414 based NIC link goes down, the link doesn't come back up automatically until a reboot is performed.
- When a BCM57414 based NIC link goes down, it takes minutes for the NIC to detect the link UP again.
