OpenShift Route is sending traffic to the pod even when the pod is not ready

Issue

• Route is sending traffic even when the pod is not ready.
• POD Ready condition is false but we are able to get the response from the pod via route.
• We can access the application via route and could see that application can be accessed via route even when the pod is in not in Running state.
• Access the application via service URL from another application POD and could see that the application can not be accessed via service URL
