Pod startup takes almost 1 hour between scheduled and started

Issue

• An RHOCP Cluster experiences extremely long pod startup times. When the pod (for this specific application) is scheduled on a node, it still takes more than 45 Minutes until the pod actually pulls the image and downloads the image.
  • It might be related to the volume, as deleting the pvc and recreating it, resolves in immediate pod startups. However this is not really a solution, and merely a workaround.
