Authentication operator throwing error "operator degraded reason : RouterCerts_NoServerCertRouterCerts"

Issue

• After replacing default ingress certificates, authentication operator is going into degraded state with the below error:

Error message: "operator degraded reason : RouterCerts_NoServerCertRouterCerts”
RouterCertsDegraded: secret/v4-0-config-system-router-certs.spec.data[apps.<cluster-name>.<sub-domain>] -n openshift-authentication: no server certificates found

• Even the secret v4-0-config-system-router-certs is present in the openshift-authentication namespace, it still fails with the above error message.
