[SSSD] Using the proxy provider for fetching ldap sudo rules applied only on local users

Issue

  • Proper SSSD config as to fetch sudo rules stored in LDAP. Those should be applied only on local users
  • In case of failed authentication attempt a delayed response seen in the system till the second prompt
  • /usr/libexec/sssd/proxy_child starts looping every minute
