Issue
pulp_resource_manager.servicefails to start in Red Hat Satellite Capsule.500 Internal Server Errorappears on Satellite web UI while accessing Capsule.- Red Hat Satellite Capsule sync is failing with error
capsule is unreachable. 500 Internal Server Error. Error connecting to Pulp serviceappears in service tab on capsule server.
