qemu-guest-agent is not installed in a v2v migration
Issue
- When importing a VM from VMware to KVM, this warning is displayed:
virt-v2v: warning: guest tools directory ‘linux/el7’ is missing from the virtio-win directory or ISO.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.x
- virt-v2v-1.40.2-25.module+el8.3.0+7421+642fe24f.x86_64
