httpd fails to start because 'SSLCertificateFile: file does not exist or is empty'
Issue
- After a fresh install, JBCS httpd fails to start because of the following error:
httpd: SSLCertificateFile: file '/opt/rh/jbcs-httpd24/root/etc/pki/tls/certs/localhost.crt' does
not exist or is empty

- JBoss Core Services (JBCS)
- httpd 2.4.37
