Newly Failed over loadbalancers have server.pem cert with only 1 month validity

Issue

• After failing over a loadbalancer the newly created amphora's server.pem cert have only 1 month validity. Where as corresponding client_ca.pem and ca_01.pem have 10 year validity.
• Is there a way to override the default behaviour to visibly extend the server.pem's validity.
