Fail to send the print job via CUPS after upgrade to RHEL7.6 or later

Issue

CUPS cannot print with username and password to window shared printer which was working fine in RHEL 7.5.

/usr/bin/smbspool "smb://{server}:{password}@{domain}/{win_print_server}/{printer}" 1 1 1 1 1 test.txt

From RHEL 7.5 (3.10.0-862) to RHEL 7.6 (3.10.0-957)
