AMQ Interconnect: failed: proton:io Too many open files
Issue
With many addresses defined, interconnect logs report:
SERVER (info) [C64118] Connection from xx.xx.xx.xx:yyyyy (to zzzzzzzzzzzz:61616) failed: proton:io Too many open files - timer setup :5672
In addition, interconnect may take a long time to start.
