Inherited hostgroup values are not set while creating host in Red Hat Satellite.

Issue

• After upgrading, the satellite server to 6.9 host creation is failing, while using a nested hostgroup because all values inherited from the parent host group are not set, such as content_view_id, content_source_id, lifecycle_environment_id and kickstart_repository_id.
