[Satellite6] postgres error message when restarting Capsule service
Issue
- When restarting Satellite Services on a Capsule, I am getting this message:
server: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.
Environment
- Red Hat Satellite Capsule 6.7+
