How to configure nfs to release leased locks under 1 minute.

When nfsclients crash I want nfsserver release leased locks it held.
- Opening a file from client A fails when the client B on which the file was opened crashes.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Network File System version 4 (NFSv4)
