qpid broker holds some of messages consumed by a client's Java drain-like program
Issue
- having some (e.g. 100) messages in a qpid queue
- running a Java program that reads all the messages
- the program reports 100 messages were read but broker shows some messages left in the queue
- the number of remaining messages in the queue might vary from one test to another
