Static module throws ClassNotFoundException org.infinispan

Issue

We are trying to configure EAP-7.3.x with RHDG-8.1. The module zip from the RHDG site was downloaded and installed into EAP. The entire EAP distribution, after adding a static module, it cannot find org.infinispan, which is on JBoss EAP 7 and throws the following error:
