Issue

  • Receiving error forbidden while creating a group through a non cluster-admin user:
[user@hostname ~]$ oc adm groups new <group-name>

Error from server (Forbidden): groups.user.openshift.io is forbidden: User "<user-name>" cannot create groups.user.openshift.io at the cluster scope: no RBAC policy matched
  • Which users have the ability to create groups in an OpenShift cluster?
