cman logs garbege when shutting down

Issue

When Red Hat cluster (cman) is stopped, ccsd sends garbage to syslogd and garbage is logged in /var/log/messages like following:

Jul 13 14:33:32 hostname1 ccsd[23561]: Stopping ccsd, SIGTERM received.
Jul 13 14:33:32 hostname1 NAMC^?^?
```
