Configuring gateways to another namespaces in SMCP custom resource fails.

Issue

• Configuring the ServiceMeshControlPlane ( SMCP ) to create gateways in another namespace fails with the following message:

  "Error validating generated manifests: error: [istio-egress/templates/serviceaccount.yaml: namespace of manifest egress-test/istio-egressgateway-service-account not in mesh, istio-egress/templates/service.yaml: namespace of manifest egress-test/istio-egressgateway not in mesh, istio-egress/templates/deployment.yaml: namespace of manifest egress-test/istio-egressgateway not in mesh]"
