Receiving "Connection timed out waiting for synchronous response from server HostInfo:" error trying to connect to MetaMatrix server

Issue

  • We have restarted our test metamatrix environment and all three processes (mmhostctrl, mmprocess and mmodbc) are running fine.  But we are not able to login to console or using any ODBC/JDBC driver.
  • We receive the below error message:
