Openstack 13 FFU fails during external-upgrade with: ERROR! 'delegate_to' is not a valid attribute for a TaskInclude
Issue
During FFU (Fast Forward Upgrade), when running :
$ openstack overcloud external-upgrade run --stack STACK NAME --tags ceph_systemd -e ceph_ansible_limit=overcloud-cephstorage-0
From chapter 18.2, step 3 of the FFU documentation
The command end with the error :
"ERROR! 'delegate_to' is not a valid attribute for a TaskInclude"
Environment
- Openstack OSP 13 latest
- Director already in OSP 16.x with RHEL 8.2, Ansible 2.9 and ceph-ansible 3.x latest
- Controllers in OSP13 latest, RHEL 7.9, Ansible 2.6
