Swift error in the log about account update failed with <IP>:<PORT>/<name> - Connection refused
Issue
On swift.log there are a lot of errors bind with account update connection refused
grep "Connection refused" /var/log/swift/swift.log:
Apr 22 13:12:48 <swift-node-name> container-server: ERROR account update failed with <SWIFT-IP>:6002/sdc (will retry later): : Connection refused
