showmount -e does not work on RHEL 8

Issue

• Unable to see the exported shares on the RHEL8 client even though able to mount the share.
• showmount ends with following error on RHEL8

rpc mount export: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = No route to host

• rpcinfo ends with following error on RHEL8

192.168.122.2: RPC: Remote system error - No route to host .

• showmount -e does not work on RHEL 8
