Pod logs and Pod Terminal not accessible in RHOCP4 web console

Issue

• Pod terminal not accessible in RHOCP 4 Console, shows error The terminal connection has closed.
• Pod logs don't show up in Console, also not accessible over CLI:

 $ oc logs pod/pod_name 
 Error: "An error occurred while retrieving the requested logs"

• From CLI, rsh to pod doesn't work, giving the error unauthorized. However, pod services are working fine.
