OpenShift nodes show wrong node IP on RHV

Issue

• oc get node -o wide sometimes shows wrong IPs at nodes' INTERNAL-IP on OCP cluster installed on RHV. IPs are static and/or DHCP always assigns the same IP to each node. Nodes are not attached to multiple networks.
• oc get node -o wide sometimes shows either the master or the router VIP at the INTERNAL-IP on OCP cluster installed on RHV.
• Several other components, like openshift-sdn and etcd experience issues when one master has wrong INTERNAL-IP
