db2index or db2bak and error "dblayer_copyfile - Failed to open source file (null)/DBVERSION"
Issue
A dsctl db2index or a db2index command ran without any attributes to re-index may generate this error message:
ERR - dblayer_copyfile - Failed to open source file (null)/DBVERSION by "No such file or directory"
