Change NIC config from OVS bridge to Linux bond.

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • The storage bridge(br-storage)which is configured in ovs_bridge mode need to be changed to linux bond without deleting existing overcloud stack.

  • Red Hat Openstack Platform 16.1
  • OVN 2.13
