Ceph Daemons in OpenShift Data Foundation Alerts on Recently Crashed Status With CephClusterWarningState Error

Issue

• From the console you can see the OCP Storage is in a Warning state and the CephClusterWarningState alert is firing but there is no indication of an issue.
• List and manage all the crashed reported in ceph status?

• Warning error output should display something like the following:

  HEALTH_WARN 4 daemons have recently crashed
  RECENT_CRASH 4 daemons have recently crashed
      mds.ocs-storagecluster-cephfilesystem-b crashed on host <some-host>
      mds.ocs-storagecluster-cephfilesystem-b crashed on host <some-host>
      mds.ocs-storagecluster-cephfilesystem-b crashed on host <some-host>
      mds.ocs-storagecluster-cephfilesystem-b crashed on host <some-host>
