Is Satellite6 vulnerable to CVE-2021-3393 or CVE-2021-20229 in postgres?

There are two postgres CVEs (CVE-2021-3393 and CVE-2021-20229) that are not fixed in the postgres version that Satellite6 uses. Does it mean Satellite6 is vulnerable to the CVEs?
