CUPS JobRetryInterval is 5 minutes in RHEL
Issue
The CUPS documentation says that the default value for JobRetryInterval is 30 seconds, but jobs are being held for 5 minutes before being retried with the following message in the CUPS Error Log:
I [19/Apr/2021:15:39:19 +0930] [Job 184228] Job held for 300 seconds since it could not be sent.
