Cannot delete the __DEFAULT__ volume type.

Issue

• Failed to delete volume type with name or ID __DEFAULT__ and getting error in deletion Target volume type is default and cannot be deleted. (HTTP 400).

• Confusing to end users as they should not use the volume type named __DEFAULT__.
