Issue

There are several issues with Juniper Contrail 2011 running on OpenStack Platform 16.1.

  1. Instances lose network connectivity after stack update/deploy or after restarting contrail_vrouter_agent container on compute node.
  2. Network service restart fails on compute nodes because of pkt1/2/3 network interfaces config files.
  3. NetworkManager service can't be restarted on compute nodes. Can't run 'systemctl daemon-reload'.
  4. Openstack update/deploy fails because the path /proc/sys/net/bridge/ doesn't exist. systemd-modules-load.service can't be restarted.
  5. Openstack update/deploy fails because it can't restart contrail_config_database_nodemgr container.
  6. Contrail containers on compute nodes are recreated on every OpenStack update/deploy.
  7. Live migration is not working.
