Allow deploying with application credentials

Issue

  • OpenStack allows to use application credentials.
  • Currently we don't support it in the installer.
  • On installation, image registry fails with:
error while running "VolumeBinding" prebind plugin for pod "image-registry-xxxxx-xxx": Failed to bind volumes: timed out waiting for the condition
