IcedTea-Web app fails to start due to cache directory mismatch

Issue

The jnlp file is download to:
/Users//Downloads/webstart/.cache/icedtea-web/cache/8/

But ITW fails to start because it looks to retrieve it from:
/Users//Downloads/webstart/.cache/icedtea-web/cache/1/
